Portrait of Albert Landry

Founder

Albert Landry

Coach, writer, songwriter, and builder. Founder of Telos Rex Society in Kern River Valley, California — four arms of work that share a foundation and nothing else.

Coach

I coach strength in the Kern River Valley — solo and small groups, at FitHaus in Lake Isabella and Riverstone Wellness in Kernville. The approach is unglamorous on purpose: purpose, structure, progression, continuity. I would rather you still be lifting in twenty years than impressive for one summer.

Writer

Two kinds of writing come out of the same conviction. Titan Resilience and the books behind it — Lifting for Life, The Infinite Structure of Faith — are the direct version: how a person is actually built, across spirit, mind, body, and emotion. El Dorado is the indirect version, where the same ideas get to be a world, a civilization, and a fight worth having.

Songwriter

Telos Rex Soundworks is the part I put out rather than teach. Decades of writing about a life does not fit in one voice — grief does not sound like defiance, and a hymn is not a three-chord truth. So the catalog runs across as many projects as the material asks for, outlaw gospel through punk, and each song gets sung in the register it was actually written in.

Builder

Telos Oracle is the newest arm and the most commercial one. I was paying for five AI subscriptions and still copy-pasting between them, so I built the workspace I needed: four frontier models in one chat, with the operator tools attached. It funds the rest and stands entirely on its own.

The through-line

None of these requires the others, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. They relate because they come from one place — people are capable of far more than they have been told, and capability is built deliberately, in structure, over time. Everything above is a different way of handing someone that.
